Content Marketing


At The Zebra, I worked with the editor to push content strategy in order to drive press mentions and grow our readership. I pitched, researched and wrote original content focused on auto industry news and trends, like driverless cars and ridesharing competitors, for The Zebra's online publication, Quoted

When the editor left for a new opportunity, I acted as interim content editor for five months, during which I developed a brand style guide and managed contract writers (reviewing pitches, assigning articles, and editing three posts a week for clarity and brand voice).





I wrote copy for state and city landing pages, explainers, and F.A.Qs, translating insurance jargon into plain english.



Social Marketing


I owned the social editorial calendar for Facebook and Twitter, both paid and organic. I conducted influencer and competitive research and also lead content creation for social marketing initiatives, including a summer giveaway and two scholarship contests.
