Spredfast is an enterprise social marketing software transforming the way brands like GM, Target, Burberry, ESPN, and Coca-Cola connect with consumers.

Social Media Marketing

At Spredfast, I lead social strategy. I refined Spredfast’s brand voice, content pillars, publishing cadence, and editorial calendar—while also supporting new product launches, webinars, events, and broader brand initiatives through paid social campaigns with a focus on cost-effective traffic, customer growth, and engagement. To optimize our social efforts, I analyzed campaign performance and synthesized data into takeaways that could guide our future approach. Check out one campaign example here.

Digital Strategy & Execution

I’m a strategic planner who doesn't hesitate to roll up my sleeves and attend to the details:

In order to generate customer stories on a quick turn-around and increase social shares during a Spredfast conference, I proposed a social contest that would capitalize on a large group of customers being in Austin with an on-site activation that included customer interviews and portraits. I presented the idea as one element of our digital event strategy, invested key stakeholders, developed all marketing materials for the initiative from the landing page to interview questions, lead a photo test session for promotional images, and managed all contest promotion.

Content & Copywriting

In addition to hundreds of social posts, I wrote landing page copy, blog posts (see them here), and a video script. I consistently collaborated with designers to provide creative direction and act as the project manager guiding the development of original social content (images, infographics, videos, GIFs). I also spearheaded an internal brand guide focused on the optimization of social images, from mobile image display to logo and button legibility to minimum type size for all branded fonts.
